Thanksgiving Day is widely celebrated across the United States every
fourth Thursday of November. In the Philippines, there are also few who commemorate
this time of merriment. If you are a FilAm (“Feeling Americano”), you are
probably celebrating this too. Haha. Just kidding. Seriously, the act of
thanksgiving can be done everywhere, everyday and by everyone! It is a day for
any Filipino, American, Chinese, Indian, etc. to give thanks for all the wonderful blessings
received during the year.
I, for one, have a never-ending list of the things that I am thankful
for. One on the list is my team. I am so grateful that I became part of the CBT
team. Even if each one of us has his/her own ups and downs, we still manage to
move forward and work as one. So to show my heartfelt gratitude, I thought of
giving them something on a random day at work.
Since my team LOVES to eat
(This is true!) and I’m broke at the moment (I’m also not joking about this
one, haha!), I prepared a simple homemade Hawaiian Pizza Twist. This is not the
ordinary pizza that you usually eat since I have added some creativity on it – just
like when you are making your art project.
